As Hope’s applicant pool continued to grow over the past several years, the ability to progress students through the application completion process had become more time consuming for their admissions team.

APPROACH

Traditionally, Hope had relied on mass email and individual counselor follow up to complete applications. Hope and the FME team leveraged a multichannel approach, deploying mobile-first communications & precise content.
