At York College of Nebraska, the admissions team has always prided itself on the white-glove experience they provide their applicants as they navigate through the enrollment process. As they began to focus on growing enrollments over the past few years, they knew they needed to begin trying new approaches to nurturing their inquiry students. Wanting to maintain their reputation of great service, they looked for a holistic solution that could provide a personalized experience built for today’s graduating high school seniors.

APPROACH

Working with Full Measure, the York admission team developed a mobile application focused on providing their prospective students with an engaging exploration of what the college had to offer. Their mobile viewbook allowed prospective students to explore programs of study, student success stories, understand financial aid opportunities, and see what it’s like to be involved in student activities. Leveraging push notifications, in-app alerts, and SMS, automated communications were deployed to help drive engagement, event registrations, and application completions.
